November Bonsai Heats Up

Club members and newcomers alike can still register for Introductory and Intermediate Bonsai courses at PFM Bonsai starting November 8. David Hodgetts will be teaching the Introductory Course and Pauline Muth the Intermediate course. You won’t find better teachers for these comprehensive ten-session courses.

Still itching to stay hands-on? Sign up for the November 9 Pine Workshop. Curious about our club? You are welcome to attend our next meeting at PFM Bonsai at 12 noon on Sunday, November 23, followed by an open workshop.

Bonsai Beginner Class starts March 1

1850625418_710cc589c9_oNew to bonsai? Come up to speed quickly, conquer your bonsai fears and start building a great tree collection in this American Bonsai Society ten-week course starting March 1, 2014.

Taught by Dave Hodgetts, the course covers a lot of ground, including design, selecting tree stock, styling and tools, wiring and bending, containers and display principles and, of course, care and maintenance
