PFM GRAND REOPENING

Pauline Muth unveils the result of a three-year effort by herself and Myron at the GRAND OPENING of the New PFM Bonsai Studio, featuring workshops by Pauline and Ron Lang, Martin Schmalenberg and Frank Mihalic. Participate or just wander the workshop and nursery, which is fully stocked. Enjoy discounts on trees, pottery, tools and books.
CREATE BONSAI ROCK PLANTINGS
July 17, 10am
After a lesson on rock plantings, create your own rock planting using boxwood. Workshop is limited to four people. $140. All materials included. 10am until finished. Bring tools, wire and lunch.
Land and Water Penjing

Learn about this unique form of landscape plantings and then create one of your own. You may use a variety of materials. $30 plus materials. 1pm until finished. Bring your tools.
Create with Tropicals
July 30 , 10am
The middle of summer is the ideal time to work with tropicals in the Northeast. Come and learn about these bonsai, then create one of your own. $40 plus great materials to choose from. 10am until finished. Lantana, Grewia, Serrisa, and Portucaria among others. Bring your lunch and tools.
Shimaku Junipers with Suthin Sukosolvisit

Join Mohawk Hudson Bonsai Society at PFM Bonsai to watch a renowned master demonstrate on a Shimpaku Juniper. Suthin Sukosolvisit’s demo will begin at 10am, followed by lunch and Q&A. The workshop to follow is full but silent observers are welcome.
