The holiday season and our fall events are upon us! – a wiring workshop at our November 23rd meeting at DJH Bonsai and our hoilday luncheon/party for club members on December 7th at Dinosaur BBQ.
We’d love foryou to join us at our November meeting and wiring workshop on November 23rd, courtesy of David Hodgetts @ DJH Bonsai in Feura Bush, NY. The workshop will start at 10am at the studio and will continue into the afternoon as needed after the 12pm MHBS Club meeting. All skill levels from beginner on up are welcome to join, learn, and help. In addition to smaller groups and practice branches, wiring will be done on a pine donated by Tom and Sandy (thank you!) and the tree will be raffled to a lucky winner at the completion of the workshop.
Please also consider joining us for a favorite annual tradition – The MHBS 2025 holiday party 12pm-4pm @ Dinosaur BBQ in Troy, NY. Our members are really what The MHBS is all about and we wouldn’t be around without you! Come celebrate a year of bonsai at our luncheon – admission for club members plus a guest is included with membership. There will be friends and good food and our blind auction of wrapped bonsai items – proceeds benefit The MHBS. Please bring a wrapped bonsai related item(s).
