If poetry doesn’t bend your twig, The Mohawk Hudson Bonsai Society has plenty to keep your fingers warm until spring, including:

FEB 26 at 12:00 noon – Cotoneaster with Pauline Muth
Learn how to use this versatile species for bonsai and, if you wish, participate in a shohin sized cotoneaster thymifolia workshop after the lesson. The cost of the material is $45. Please call or email Pauline to reserve a place and bring tools and wire. Club members, bring something to share for lunch at noon. At pfm bonsai, 7 Western Avenue, West Charlton, NY.

MARCH 25 – Collected larch and cedar
Kris Springer, well-known for his superior collected material, will bring larch and eastern white cedars to sell on this Saturday. At pfm bonsai, 7 Western Avenue, West Charlton, NY.

MARCH 26 – Learning larch
Colin Lewis and Maliea Chiem will consult on larch. Get ready for spring potting, larch give you a slim window. At pfm bonsai, 7 Western Avenue, West Charlton, NY.
