Our club show for 2025 is in the books and was a great success! A huge thank you goes out to our activities director and show committee members for their work setting up the event as well as to all the members who contributed to planning, setup, display, and takedown…..the show would not be possible without you!
Also thanks to the Saratoga Public Library for hosting our event for the second year. We had quite a few visitors and the show helped spark public interest in bonsai.
There was a kusamono table, a pot display, several members doing tree work demos on the stage, and of course lots and lots of wonderful trees on display. Members milled around during the show answering questions from and engaging with visitors.
Voting for member’s and people’s choice trees was also popular and will be detailed in the upcoming TWIG.
